About HoustonExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our teamExxonMobil is working to meet society's energy needs today, while reducing emissions and investing for a net zero future. Multimedia and visual communications play a critical role in storytelling that engages, informs and inspires how we are working to meet these societal needs. We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to join our in-house agency to produce impactful communications.
The position will be located at ExxonMobil's corporate campus in Spring, Texas.
What you will doThe ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a Creative Director, with a strong background in design, marketing, motion graphics and video production. The role requires excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to collaborate effectively.
As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of the creative process, including concept development, storyboarding, client engagement and managing a team of creative professionals.
