This integrated model also allows our talent to learn about and explore the range of career possibilities within Dentsu Creative. *Only candidates located in PST time zone will be considered due to client needs* We're looking for a Creative Director, Art Director to join our latest AOR win, a global tech and leading software company for creative professionals. You will create digital creative for performance marketing. You will concept and build hands-on creative, lead teams and inspire them to excel beyond the brief. The work will span from conceptual development through execution of performance creative deliverables, including engaging paid social media, OLV, banners, email campaigns and display ads that have measurable impact. The account is a tech-focused account so experience with tech or products with feature rollouts is requested. You will report to the Group Creative Director, Performance Creative.
  • You'll concept and implement creative, relate to messaging strategies, enhance the quality of the work, and meet client goals while achieving the our financial goals.
  • You'll do hands-on creative work and also be a go-to client-facing voice, nurture client relationships, present and sell creative concepts, and be a liaison between client and creative teams.
  • You'll oversee that creative choices relate to messaging strategies, enhance the quality of the work, and meet client and agency's goals.
  • You'll mentor direct reports and create a supportive culture.
  • You'll demonstrate an understanding of unique audiences and creating content that is relevant to each.
  • You'll seek out new messaging innovations and technologies to cultivate new concepts and promote new ideas.
  • You'll understand performance creative platforms, metrics and goals
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Digital portfolio highlighting performance marketing campaigns and implementations
  • 8 years minimum experience ideating and implementing performance creative concepts
  • Bachelors in Advertising, Marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required
  • Only candidates in the PST time zone due to client needs
  • Strategic and creative skills (written, visual, and conceptual)
  • Experience ideating for clients in the tech industry
  • Experience with Performance Creative deliverables and metrics
  • Experience with Agile processes
  • Strategic and creative skills (written, visual, and conceptual)
  • Experience using a variety of technology platforms and media channels
  • Experience managing multiple teams
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The anticipated base salary range for this position is $136,000 - $219,650. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Our incentive compensation plan is subject to change. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
