The Creative Marketing Director is responsible for developing marketing and advertising strategies to increase sales opportunities. The Creative Marketing Director will direct the development of all marketing programs to support business development, new product introduction, and various sales initiatives.

* Develop strategies that effectively articulate our Product Technology , Brand Excellence , and Service Experience initiatives in support of our new Contractor Program and overall business focus of contractor growth.
* Analyze markets, proposing strategies, product development and advertising and sales promotions.
* Oversee marketing staff by recruiting, selecting and training and developing employees.
* Work in conjunction with the current advertising agency.
* Develop new customer relation programs and determine company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations and seminars.
* Develop and maintain social medial sites as well as digital marketing plans as appropriate for our marketing strategies.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related degree
* 2-3 years of experience in the composite decking industry is preferred
* Ability to work in the Midwest at the company's corporate headquarters
