What The Role Is

The Marketing Creative Specialist will work on the Creative Team to develop branded assets in various formats, including print, digital/web, video and radio.

How You Will Make An Impact

Produce quality creative to align with brand and campaign strategies across our Consumer, Commercial, Digital and Traditional Marketing teams.

Establish a general understanding of line of business objectives, customer base, product/service offerings and customer experience to enhance creative deliverables.

Partner with internal stakeholders and marketing project teams to collaborate and support their marketing plans and objectives from a creative standpoint.

Use an online project management system and follow standard marketing procedures to track projects and complete work within requested deadlines. Marketing projects may include collateral, print ads, radio ads, outdoor ads, direct mail, email, digital ads, webpages, branch merchandising, social media, search, video, print materials, signage, promotional items, digital platforms and more.

Manage internal reviews and proofing of creative assets and ensure Compliance has reviewed and approved before sharing final files.

Ensure brand consistency and quality by applying critical thinking and having a deep understanding of our brand guidelines and procedures, including legal disclaimers and regulatory requirements.

Be proactive in learning from other teammates and industry training opportunities and apply that knowledge to your day-to-day production.

Who You Are

Bachelor's Degree in Art, Graphic Design, Marketing or a similar field with a minimum of 2 years experience OR equivalent of 5 years training and experience in a related field

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface and collaborate daily with various internal and external partners

Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud (Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop proficiency required; Premier experience preferred)

Proficient in Google and/or Microsoft product suite (Doc/Word, Sheets/Excel, Slides/Powerpoint, Google Forms)

Detail oriented with a strong eye for design and brand standards

Ability to manage multiple creative projects with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management, organization and creative project management skills, with attention to detail from inception through execution

Self-starter who shows initiative and accountability for assignments.

Ability to work independently and as a team to meet project and task deadlines

Experience using a project management platform is preferred (not required)

Experience in financial services or similar industry is preferred (not required)

Works cooperatively with others.

Regular and reliable attendance.
