We are searching for a Creative Photography Supervisor to join our Orchard Brands Team in Warren, PA.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for management of in house shoot team and studio. Responsible for all assigned photography for print, web, and various corporate needs for the Blair brands. Collaborates on photo shoot production both in house and externally, in partnership with Brand Creative Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for management of in house shoot team and studio
* Supports photo shoot production including reaching out to talent agencies for models, HMU and other shoot crew.
* Ensures photography is completed on time, is consistent with other photography, and has the desired effect and/or look.
* Collaborates with Creative team to align on photographic composition and layout to best present the products featured.
* Photographs product using digital still cameras.
* Reviews photography trends, consumer surveys, and other data regarding marketing of specific and related merchandise to formulate an approach for photography, styling, and lighting.
* Supervises that all merchandise is prepped to meet the Photo Studio needs.
* Communicates and coordinates with the Creative teams regarding the desired styling and photography details for each product and/or background for the multiple projects within a photo shoot.
* Verifies the merchandise received at the studio with layouts.
* Collaborates with the stylist as required.
* Acquires and documents pertinent information regarding image concepts and the prepping/styling directions.
* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Art or Photography related course of study, and 5 plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Advanced experience in MAC systems OSX to present, Adobe CS5 and newer, image capture software Capture One Pro 6 and newer or equivalent (lightroom, Leaf, etc.).
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office software.
