DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced, detail oriented, hands on Creative Project Manager to support the creation of content within North America Stores Marketing. This role is instrumental in delivering engaging experiences for our customers, and creating bar-raising creative in conjunction with our creative and marketing partners. This candidate should be comfortable working cross-functionally, managing project timelines and ensuring deadlines are hit while working with marketing partners to adjust schedules when needed. They should be comfortable leading internal and agency-produced work, and being the key project driver with internal stakeholders.The perfect candidate thrives in an environment of continuous planning and innovation, always pursuing excellence. They should be solutions driven in the face of ambiguity.Key job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilities• Manage multiple parallel projects working with designers, writers, developers, business leaders, and external vendors.• Manage end-to-end process and mechanisms for content creation including defining prioritization criteria, schedules, stages and gates, and stakeholders' role and responsibilities.• Ensure all deliverables are meeting business partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets.• Uphold standards and best practices methods.• Ensure the creative team focuses on priority projects, knows the project vision, objectives and requirements.• Collect and synthesize input from stakeholders and share out to the creative team.• Communicate to the creative team project status, flagging and troubleshooting potential issues.• Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.• Remove roadblocks, disambiguate situations that impede designers and other stakeholdersimprovements where relevant.• On-board and manage external vendor resources.Basic Qualifications4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaignsExperience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience in multi-territory campaign managementExperience in digital marketing and content production timelines and processAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market.
