Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Creative Project Manager to join our luxury retail brand in Downtown Los Angeles. This is a temp-to-perm role that will immerse you in a fast-paced, creative environment, working closely with our Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, thrives on managing multiple projects, and enjoys working in a highly collaborative setting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and manage creative briefs to ensure project alignment with brand objectives.
• Coordinate and assign projects to designers, editors, and external agencies based on project requirements.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and accuracy in expenditures.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication across teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Take detailed notes during meetings and relay information accurately to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Brand, and Creative, to ensure cohesive project execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Asana.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Enthusiasm for health, wellness, and luxury retail is a must.
