We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Services Traffic Manager to join our dynamic Cardiology Group. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for managing the workflow of creative projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage intake and resource assignment of creative requests, ensuring smooth workflow and project progress.
- Strategically prioritize and re-prioritize tasks based on deadlines, capacity, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with the Creative Services Manager to balance workloads and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Review creative project submissions for completion and accuracy, assisting project owners with gathering details.
- Serve as the communication hub between creative teams, project owners, and stakeholders to set expectations and meet deadlines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Facilitate regular traffic meetings to provide project updates and resolve or escalate issues.
- Ensure creative deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Continuously improve team processes and workflows for greater efficiency and collaboration.
- Manage user access and permissions on Monday.com, working with other admins to enhance the platform's functionality.
- Build strong relationships with team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Quality Systems Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance with quality requirements, integrating quality into all aspects of the work.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a traffic management or project management role within a creative services environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency setting.
- Experience in healthcare or a heavily regulated industry.
- Familiarity with creative production processes and terminology.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Advertising.
- Project Management certification (PMP or similar).
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
- Proficiency in Monday.com platform.
