Client Overview: Our client, a digital media powerhouse, is seeking a Creative Strategist to join their team.

Role Overview: In this role, you will develop and execute creative solutions that bridge brands with Gen Z and multicultural audiences. You will design compelling narratives and campaign strategies that resonate authentically with our audience.

Creative Strategist Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and pitch creative strategies and campaigns tailored to client goals and audiences.
  • Utilize data and cultural trends to inform creative decisions and ensure campaigns align with Gen Z and multicultural values.
  • Collaborate with the production and content teams to develop multimedia assets, including premium video content, branded shows, and social media activations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, providing innovative solutions that connect with their target demographics.
  • Prepare detailed briefs for internal teams, outlining campaign goals, messaging, and execution plans.
  • Stay ahead of digital media, Korean entertainment, and cultural trends to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
  • Partner with sales, analytics, and production teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and measurable success.
  • Deliver polished, compelling presentations that articulate creative vision and strategic insights to clients and stakeholders.

Creative Strategist Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in creative strategy, content marketing, or a related field, with experience developing multimedia campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, Gen Z, multicultural audiences, and Korean entertainment trends.
  • Exceptional storytelling and content ideation skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in creative tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Slides).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform creative decisions
