Mower is a fiercely independent full-service advertising, marketing and public relations firm with more than 12 locations across the United States. We are currently seeking a creative supervisor who will oversee all production processes and high-level principles of production. This individual must ensure the quality of production reflects the highest standards for creative excellence across all mediums, including broadcast/video, experiential, digital, and print. As a creative supervisor, you'll become a lead art director our clients and teams can rely on. Must be able to juggle tasks and deadlines across multiple brands and serve as a role model and mentor for other creatives on staff.Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned.
- Concept and create work that inspires others
- Be the go-to art director for your accounts and teams
- Confidently sell your work both internally and externally
- Partner with a wide range of art directors
- Develop, hone and maintain tone of voice for multiple accounts
- Review and guide more junior writers on staff
- Manage multiple projects and timelines
- Contribute to new business pitches
Educational Requirements & Qualifications
- 8+ years of agency experience art directing advertising/marketing materials
- Bachelor's Degree in art, graphic design, or a related field
- A portfolio and/or broadcast reel that clearly showcases your thinking and craftsmanship
- Desire to mentor and train creative talent to enhance skills and performance
- A proven track record of creative judgement and successful client contact
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote
- Passion, energy, and a can-do attitude
Salary Range: $70,250 - $120,000 annually*Salary differential is based on seniority, merit, education, training and experience
