- Lead a team of video producers in creative direction on shoots and provide ongoing oversight of those standards and expectations.
- Provide daily feedback and direction to your staff on edits of multiple projects at a time
- Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff
- Ensure that projects are staying on track from concept to completion via processes such as ideation, scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and delivery
- Coordinate with Design Team to maintain the integrity between initial looks and the final product to keep all delivered assets in sync
- Serve on the Lead Team of the Creative Experience Pastor, working closely with the Technical Video Director and Central Production Pastor to ensure final videos meet expectations in the context of the overall weekend experience
- Continually benchmark with other organizations and producers in the industry to bring inspiration and vision to the team
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Works closely with Production Staff, Design Team, Project Managers
Skills & Experience you've had:
- Bachelor's degree in film production or related field preferred
- Minimum of 7 years working in video production, leadership experience preferred
- A strong portfolio that showcases creativity, storytelling, camera and lighting skills
- Proficient with video production software and hardware, including cameras, tripods, lighting equipment, sound equipment, Premiere, After Effects
- Proven strong project management skills, including the ability to plan and execute projects on time and on budget
