We have a passion for, and deep knowledge of TikTok as a platform, and are full of ideas that will help propel the platform into the future.The Global Brand Studio Creative Video Producer role will produce content from concept to execution across social, digital, events, email marketing, and partner marketing, including: sizzle videos, videos featuring clients/brands/marketers/creators/thought leaders/internal TikTok'ers, ad product launch videos, conceptual videos, TikTok vertical videos, creator led videos, animated videos, gifs, podcasts, webinars, and event programming and activation videos.The ideal candidate possesses a blend of creativity, technical production skills, and expertise in both storytelling and the TikTok platform. This role requires someone who not only understands TikTok's unique style but also has the ability to create content that is reflective of the platform and resonates with a B2B audience. The creative producer should be immersed in the world and culture of TikTok and have a pulse on what's trending, what's being discussed, what cultural moments are unfolding and be able to translate that into authentic, relevant, impactful, and on-brand business content campaigns.This position reports to the Global Brand Studio Director of Video Production. Responsibilities- Produce compelling and impactful video content for various outputs (social, digital, events, email marketing, and partner marketing) from concept to delivery, incorporating TikTok's style, tone, and vibe - Develop and craft video ideas and narratives that level up our B2B marketing content beyond the traditional ways- Create content reflective of the platform that shows brands and clients how to create with a TikTok-first approach versus simply telling them how - Prioritize creative storytelling, culture, and joy within B2B content- Pitch concepts, direct talent on set (industry leaders, brands, clients, marketers, creators), curate and direct voiceover talent, curate music tracks, provide creative direction during pre-production and post production for live action and animated videos- Self-shoot vertical TikTok style videos and other engaging content as needed using phones, wireless lav microphones, handheld gimbal, and possibly a simple lighting setup. Professional camera skills and editing ability a plus. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder and business goals are being met while producing punchy, on-brand, memorable, quality content- Project management of video projects from concept to execution, keeping all parties up to date and making sure timelines and budgets stay on track- Manage relationships and work closely with internal creative teams (design, copy, creative development, events), cross functional clients, and external production partners and agencies to execute deliverables- Keep a finger on the pulse of trends and production styles both on the platform and across the industry as a whole, as well as creators we can collaborate withQualificationsMinimum Qualifciations- Minimum 5 years of experience in video production from concept to execution, with the ability to think with a creator mentality, incorporating TikTok styles, social first ideas, and creative production styles into B2B content- Experience concepting fresh content that retains viewers' attention through storytelling techniques, unique production styles, and interactive elements that encourage participation and drive impact- Skilled in educating a business audience on ad products and features in a clear and engaging way- Experience self-shooting 9:16 vertical-first content using a phone, wireless lav microphones, handheld gimbal, and simple yet effective lighting - Expertise in framing, composition, and camera angles that work best for vertical content- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight timelimes- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience working collaboratively with cross functional teams- Strong problem solving ability when facing pivots, challenges, and multiple layers of approvalsPreferred Qualifications- Knowledge of the platform with the ability to analyze and interpret emerging patterns, current trends, cultural moments, social conversations, popular sounds, and production styles and integrate them into campaigns that resonate with our audiences- Familiarity with TikTok and CapCut creative templates, features, effects etc., proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, TikTok, and CapCut is a strong plus- Familiarity with AI tools that can help scale videos across different regions and marketsTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
