Job DescriptionCASAC's responsibilities and duties include:-makingCustomer Service a priority, treating customers (patients, visitors, and co-workers) in a professional manner exercising courtesy and tact. Effectively communicates with patients and others about SBH services in their area(s) of expertise or responsibility and ensures that concerns, questions or issues reach the right person(s) in SBH in a timely fashion-Conducts individual counseling session, open and closed groups, family and con-joint counseling sessions.-Presents alcoholism and substance abuse educational information to patients and significant others.-Functions as part of an inter-disciplinary team. Ensures referrals to modalities of such as determined by the needs of the patient.-Write clear, timely, concise progress notes, areas of conflict short term, long term treatment planning and psychosocial history, etc.-Assess new patients upon admission.-Conducts small group activities.-Maintain and enhance professional growth and development through in-services, seminars, workshops, professional affiliations, etc.Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred
