Credit Analyst/Commercial Lender:

Over the years we have grown, although our commitment to our core values and ethics have remained the same. We're hiring a Credit Analyst/Commercial Lender to join our team. In this role you will be working with a variety of operations to deeply understand their business and advise on lending opportunities. You will be responsible for soliciting, negotiating, underwriting and coordinating the closing of commercial real estate loans in compliance with our bank's lending policies. You will be working both in the office, but also spending a significant amount of time off-site visiting customers. You will be managing current accounts as well as developing new business. What you will be doing:

Analyzes data (i.e. financial statements, agency reports) on prospective and active borrowing accounts and prepares written reports evaluating the short and long-term prospects of the individual or company.

Ability to move into a Commercial Loan Officer role where you will be building relationships and cross-sell bank products.

  • Qualifications
    • 5 years in Commercial Credit Analysis
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Strong credit analysis skills
    • Familiarity with the sales, loan processing, and closing processes
    • Drive to advance in your career
    • Ability to multitask quickly and effectively
    • Good communication skills
