Our Chemprene and AMMEGA Specialty team are currently looking for aCREDIT ANALYSTAs the Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable function of the finance department. This position is key to managing the capital and cash flow of the company. You will report to the Controller and be part of the Finance Team. This role is based in Beacon, New York. Pay rate for this position is $30-$34/hour.A day in the life of a Credit Analyst can look like
  • Collection of Account's Receivable.
  • Contacting customers to communicate collection efforts.
  • Processing of Account's Payable Transactions and maintaining ledger
  • Generating reports
  • Assisting in Finance related projects
  • Processing inter-company reconciliation of transactions
  • 1099 and sales tax reporting
  • Approving credit for new and existing customers
  • New Vendor Set up
  • Customer Credit References
  • Assist in data entry for new ERP implementation
  • Assist in month and year-end close procedures and reporting
Maintain Professionalism- Interact with all levels of the organization and possess a strong combination of interpersonal skills, business acumen, and technical competencies.- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.We are looking for you to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent required
  • 2-3 years in Accounts receivable and Accounts payable
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Access experience preferred
  • Must have advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Must be able to work in the US
  • Cross-functional cooperation (HR, IT, Procurement)

  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Data driven, predictable and disciplined approach
