Credit and Collections Representative

Insight Globals client is seeking Credit & Collections Representatives to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential for full-time employment. This trainee role is designed to develop the skills necessary to become a proficient Credit Specialist. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers in resolving delinquent accounts, calculating bill security deposits, making payment arrangements, answering credit-related inquiries, and processing payments efficiently. Operating in a metrics-driven environment, the position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and confidence, and a focus on accuracy and quality. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

Required Education and Skills:

• Customer Service Experience
• High School Diploma
• Ability to work Technical Systems

Preferred Skills:

• Prior Credit & Collections Experience
• enQuesta, Omnia, or DebtMaster
• Microsoft Office Experience
• Fair Debt collection Practice Act knowledge

**This role is onsite 5 days/week in Chattanooga, TN. It will be a 6-month contract with the possibility of being directly with our client at the end of the contract.
