YOUR ROLE
Leveraging deepening knowledge of Collections, The Collections Process Experts participate of in or lead the achievement of service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service that drive compelling business outcomes. They ensure the delivery of a customer focused and compliant services through the adoption of frictionless finance, practice processes, technologies, methodologies which drive innovation and process improvements. Their domain expertise means they are responsible for chasing outstanding invoices from customers of our clients
YOUR TASKS
* Reviewing aging reports and tracking customer accounts to identify overdue balances,
* Initiating contact via phone, email, or letters to remind customers of overdue payments and discussing payment options,
* Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions, payment agreements, and status updates within the accounting system,
* Investigating and resolving any billing disputes or discrepancies that may delay payment.
YOUR PROFILE
* Prior experience in accounts receivable, collections, invoice processing (or relevant),
* Knowledge of Danish or Dutch and English at B2 levels,
* Understanding of accounting principles,
* Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail,
* A degree in economics, finance, or a related field is welcomed.
