Summary Directs and coordinates activities in conducting credit investigations and collecting delinquent accounts of customers by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for daily cash receipt processing.
  • Responsible for maintaining customer profile within the ERP & invoice distribution system, to include onboarding new customers.
  • Responsible for customer credit application process by determining customer credit worthiness, along with recommending customer terms and credit limits to management team for approval.
  • Responsible for collecting customer open accounts receivable and communicating customer financial status with management team.
  • Responsible for customer billing and statement inquires.
  • Responsible for customer credit card processing.
  • Responsible for processing invoice EDI.
  • Provide feedback on company credit policy.
  • Provide operational coverage on accounts payable & cash disbursement processing, as needed.

Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Human Resource systems and Payroll systems, Syspro, Microsoft Office Suite, ADP, and Kronos.
