We're seeking a Credit Information Group (CIG) Analyst to support our Global Credit and Emerging Markets Trading teams. You'll be working with syndicated loans, bonds, private equity, and more, providing critical technical and analytical support while managing complex credit events like amendments, waivers, and restructurings. If you have a bachelor's degree, and thrive on tackling complex operational challenges, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! salary: $30.22 - $30.23 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities •Review of Loan Documentation (Credit Agreements, Lender Presentations, Financials) •Drafting Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) between the Bank and prospective investors. •Providing operational support for our Loan Sales Team / Analysts / Traders and their clients (Hedge Funds / Banks) •Train the team on various procedures, policies, and processes •Provide supervisory oversight on our various processes •Analysis and resolution of operational problems •Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives •Record Retention (File saving in approved databases). •Building & maintaining Virtual Data Sites to house loan Documentation for distribution purposes.
