We are seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of industry experience or Oracle SCM experience. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement Oracle SCM solutions that enhance our supply chain processes and drive business efficiency.Preferred locations are in the Philadelphia area , but remote work may be considered. Travel required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Oracle SCM solutions.

  • Solution Design: Design and document Oracle SCM solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices.

  • Implementation: Lead the implementation of Oracle SCM modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend Oracle SCM solutions to enhance efficiency.

  • Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle SCM applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

  • Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for end-users and technical teams.

  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Oracle SCM Expertise: Extensive experience with Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

  • Industry Experience: At least 8 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite, SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant technologies.

  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams

  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Certifications: Oracle SCM certification or other relevant certifications.

  • Advanced Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or other advanced Oracle technologies.

  • Process Improvement: Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific supply chain practices and regulations.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in mentoring junior team members.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.

The SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications. The proposed salary for this position is:

$140,000—$223,000 USD
