Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a survey crew, ensuring accurate and timely completion of surveying tasks.
- Operate and maintain advanced surveying equipment, including total stations and data collectors.
- Conduct and oversee surveying activities for large infrastructure projects, such as roadways, utilities, and land development.
- Implement high-definition scanning techniques and processes as required.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to provide precise measurements and data.
- Train and mentor junior crew members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies on all projects.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed survey reports and documentation.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Survey Crew Chief or similar role, with a solid background in surveying for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in operating total stations, data collectors, and other surveying equipment.
- Familiarity with high-definition scanning techniques is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to submit to a background check.
