Responsibilities:
- Anticipates kitchen member needs by constantly evaluating environment and responding to cues as necessary
- Knowledge of proper safe handling techniques for all food or chemicals used
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in all kitchens, dumpster, and utility work areas
- Be vigilant for any hazards, alerting a manager as necessary
- Ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards
- Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
- Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Add Cashier duties
- Preparation of food/food safety guidelines
- Order accuracy
- Ensuring parking lot is clean of trash/debris
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Preferred: Fluent in English & Spanish
- Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
- Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
