Your Appleton Cold Stone Creamery is committed to delivering the Ultimate Ice Cream Experience to our customers. Our smooth and creamy ice cream is handcrafted fresh daily in each store, and then customized by combining a variety of mix-ins on our frozen granite stones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve customers be creating custom ice cream creations, shakes and smoothies
• Offer exceptional customer service
• Make fresh ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, cookie sandwiches, waffles etc
• Assist with managing product and supplies as needed
• Maintain adequate levels of prepared product
• Maintain a clean, organized store at ALL times
• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Support team members by assigning roles and assisting with tasks
