Your Key Responsibilities - Provide the appropriate service and components to the assembly area.
- Count incoming components by hand or scale, report and record shortages.
- Verify all paperwork for accuracy and follow record retention policies for incoming and outgoing components.
- Create and maintain accurate labels on all components stored in the area.
- Read pick orders and select the correct items from shelves to fill orders accurately and quickly.
- Update inventory counts using SAP software to receive, reverse, issue, and scrap components.
- Perform physical inventory count and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Use computers and other technology to track components, manage inventory, update pick orders, and communicate with other departments.
Your Qualifications - High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Strong Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 1+ years work experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience as an order picker in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate Computer Skills - MS Office, Inventory control software.
- Ability to adjust as procedures and policies change.
