RIDGEVIEW Behavioral Health Services, a not-for-profit community mental health center headquartered in Oak Ridge, TN, has an immediate opening for a Full Time Bachelor's Level Criminal Justice Case Manager to provide social services to individuals involved in the Anderson County justice system.Training provided Successful candidates will have a passion for serving clients and supporting Ridgeview's mission of Hope, Healing, and Recovery through the provision of case management.Ridgeview is currently offering a bonus program available after your successful 90 day orientation period in return for a one year service commitment. Criminal Justice experience preferred. Good organization and time management; safe driving record required.JOB DUTIESThis position is responsible for delivery of services at all levels of the criminal justice process from pre-arrest to probation. Services include early identification, assessment of mental health status, review of psychiatric and addiction treatment records, development and implementation of treatment plans that includes: diagnosis, therapeutic interventions, medication consultations, suicidal and violence interventions, diversion, continuity of care while incarcerated, consultation with the courts regarding course of action, discharge planning, outcome monitoring and mental health training and education. Documentation will made for these services according to jail and agency standards.
