MST is an intensive family- and community-based treatment program that addresses all environments that impact high risk youth - homes and families,schools and teachers, neighborhoods and friends.
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for children and families. Based out of Orlando, FL; The Crisis Caseworker is responsible for:
- Assisting Masters level therapists in obtaining clinical outcomes with families,
- Maintaining safety, teaching parenting and other skills, collecting drug screens, and responding to emergencies.
- Participating in weekly team supervision and consultation.
- Providing periodic evening coverage/support with families.
Position Details:
Salary: Starts at $18.50- 21.91 / hr (rate is based on education and relevant experience).
Location: This position is located in Orlando, FL

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Services, Mental Health, psychology, sociology, or related field required
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field preferred
Schedule:
- Intensive 10 Day MST training
Other Requirements:
- Valid Florida Driver's License required
- Bilingual-written and verbal (English/Spanish) required
