As a clinician supporting the Mobile Crisis Intervention team, you'll be working with a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, supervisors, psychiatric staff, nurses and those with lived experience. You will look to best practices as you assist with crises in the emergency departments and medical floors by evaluating and recommending solution-based treatment options. The Mobile Crisis Intervention supports the resiliency, wellness, and recovery of all Members to whom it provides services and integrates mental health, substance use disorder, and wellness and recovery principles and practices across the service delivery model.Responsibilities IncludeEmergency bio/psycho/social diagnostic evaluations and recommendations of careProvide services in the office, in the hospital, in the community and by telehealthComplete Risk assessmentsComplete case consults with multidisciplinary teamsAssist in referring individuals and families to appropriate services along the continuum of careDevelop a safety plan and provide crisis management to support the client and familyAttend all necessary meetings, supervision and trainingsRequirementsCandidates should hold a license-eligible Master's degree or be independently licensed as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.Licensure supervision is availableThe candidate must possess good organizational skills, as well as effective verbal, written and computer skills.Proficiency with computers including ability to use or learn to use an electronic health record system, audio-visual communication technology (i.e. doxy or Zoom), and some use of Microsoft Office suite for emails, internal document access, and organization.Preferred QualificationsOne year of experience working with individuals, youth and their families in a clinical role within a mobile delivery system (internship or professional)Knowledge of and experience with utilizing Child Behavioral Health Initiative services (CBHI)Experience with computers, specifically Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems preferredAbout UsAt Community Counseling of Bristol County (CCBC), we are building an amazing team of professionals who are changing the way mental health is treated in Southeastern Massachusetts.
