Job SummaryThe Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator provides administrative and support functions to Campus Technology. The primary function of this position is to implement and maintain the Slate software system for Southwestern Seminary.Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Administers Slate product by maintaining security and integrity of data, managing user accounts, and coordinating software updates.
  • Serves as consultant for recommending and developing secure and effective options for increased use by new and existing departments.
  • Trains new faculty and staff for successful implementation and ongoing success.
  • Provides follow-up refreshers and updates as available to introduce new features and process improvements.
  • Performs scheduled maintenance tasks, such as updating addresses, global imports, and data cleansing.
  • Manages integration with existing Seminary systems and building new ones as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned and specific to area of responsibility.

Qualifications / Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Related Field or relevant experience.
  • Two years related job experience.
  • Successful completion of background check, MVR, and credit check may be required.
Supervision
  • Reports to the Associate Vice President for Operations, Security, and Development.
Decision-Making Responsibilities
  • Moderate-within the scope of work assigned by the Associate Vice President for Operations, Security, and Development.
Exposure to Confidential Information Exposure to sensitive material regarding faculty and staff personnel records, donor records or student information. Consequences of release of such information could result in non-compliance with governmental laws, cause irreparable damage to faculty/staff/student reputation, or bring detrimental publicity to the Seminary.Physical Requirements
  • Employment is generally in an office setting which requires personnel to be able to interact with others by various means of communicate and be able to traverse campus by any mode of personal transportation.
