We are looking for a talented and motivated CRM & Digital Solutions Specialist to join our Boston crew! The ideal candidate will have an academic and professional background as an IT Support Specialist with a strong business acumen. A dual focus will be on upselling our CLM ( Care Lift Management) and other SPHM (Safe patient handling management) digital solutions to our Guldmann clients, in addition to providing user training and support of our newly launched CRM commercial application called CREO.

The objective of the position: Responsible for training, maintenance and user support on CRM platform. Additionally, training and presenting newly launched Care Lift Management (CLM) digital solutions for clients, resulting in up selling opportunities.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the CRM system for Guldmann by ensuring database integrity and accuracy of internal workflows & external client metrics.
  • Train Guldmann employees on CREO (CRM) and troubleshoot user issues that may arise.
  • Primary point of contact with CRM vendor on upgrades and all troubleshooting.
  • Documentation of technical procedures, FAQ's and common resolutions related to the digital solution selling process.
  • Maintain inventory of licenses for CRM and/or Guldmann digital solutions for the US market
  • Maintain and keep abreast of all Guldmann clinical digital developments and enhancements for internal & external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Guldmann product IT software development team in global HQ on new software upgrade rollouts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to Guldmann clients and prospective clients, using the latest digital releases and solutions to uncover & address customer needs.
  • Product support for Guldmann software that includes new releases and upgrades.
  • Perform regular interfacing with clients for the presentation & integration of Guldmann digital solutions.
  • Develop strong working relationships with external stakeholders by selling & supporting the seamless integration of Guldmann digital solutions on a facility's existing platforms.

Requirements:

Required Education, knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Minimum of an associate's degree in information technology with certifications in Microsoft operating systems, cloud technology and network protocol.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Analytical and strong problem-solving solution driven.
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • CRM Software knowledge, Microsoft 365 support knowledge
  • Travel 15-25% within USA
