Who You Are: We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Analyst to join our Consumer marketing team at Michael Kors. This role sits within the Global CRM team which oversees database growth, customer retention, the KorsVIP loyalty program and the instore clienteling app. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with CRM & CDP platforms. You will be responsible for analyzing customer data to enhance our CRM strategies, drive customer engagement, and maximize customer lifetime value. You will be directly supporting activities in North America as well as working with our regional partners in Asia & Europe. You will have the opportunities to work cross-functionally with exposure across retail & digital space. Business partners include but are not limited to the Creative Services, Legal, Ecommerce, Store Comms, Store Operations, Customer Analytics, IT, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Clienteling and Email teams.
What You'll Do: - Develop and manage CRM reports, dashboards, and analytics to track customer behavior and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to identify opportunities for CRM optimization and customer segmentation.
- Act as an SME for our CDP and analyze customer data to identify trends, segments, and opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention.
- Assist in the integration of new CRM technologies and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality.
- Partner with MarTech team in sprint planning to ensure CRM projects are prioritized and delivered.
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM data or improve processes around data management, ensuring data is of the highest quality.
You'll Need to Have: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Ability to work in NYC office 3 days a week.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in CRM analysis or a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of CRM & CDP Platforms and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Adobe Analytics, Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau).
