DATES NEEDED Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNA) Will utilize multiple candidates to fill schedule if needed Dates needed: Dec 23-24 Dec 26-27 Feb 3-Ongoing POSITION DETAILS Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNA) Inpatient Shifts: 7a-3p Evening call: 1:3 rotation All CRNA Practice- 4 providers during the day 3 ORs Cases: Endo, OB, GYN, Peds, General, Vascular, Ortho, ENT, Acute Pain and proficient in Spinals, Epidurals, Blocks (case logs will be requested during credentialing) EMR: MedAxion
