Hospital Size: 100 Beds

Position / Title: CRNA (SRNAs welcome)

How many providers in group? (MDs vs Mid-levels) 6 MD and 2 CRNA now (going to 3 CRNAs)

Patient encounters per shift? 10-15 cases

EMR: Meditech

Do physicians oversee CRNAS? Yes/ 90% of the time

Supervision ratio/care team model? 1:2 or 1:3

Is there partnership track? No

What types of cases are they seeing?

* Outpatient Surgery

* Regional blocks

* Ortho

How many operating rooms? (3) Main Operating Rooms + (1) OB but No OB Cases

How many ORs run at the same time? Three
