CRNA FT W2 $280K Plus $45k Sign On BonusNovus Anesthesia Partners, LLC is excited to announce the full integration of the anesthesia program at Riverside Medical Center and Riverside Ambulatory Surgery Center. In partnership with Riverside, we have established a dynamic compensation and recruitment structure, offering attractive shift flexibility for providers commuting to Kankakee. Riverside possesses a strong team-oriented atmosphere where anesthesia, surgeons, and OR staff truly collaborate to deliver superior patient care.Facility: Riverside Medical Center and Riverside Ambulatory Surgery Center Location: Kankakee, IL Position: W-2 CRNACompensation: •$280,000 Annual Base Salary •Cost of living adjustment of 2.5% per annum Recruitment and Retention: $45,000 paid with first check as a full-time employee with 36-month commitment subject to prorated claw back provision Incentive Compensation: •Additional compensation for hours worked over and above 80 hours for each two-week pay period will be paid at $200 per hour. •PTO buy back paid at the value of PTO compensation plus $200 per hour.
