We are currently facilitating the search for a dedicated Advanced Practitioner to join a compassionate healthcare facility serving the people of the Northern Olympic Peninsula, WA.Your New Role:* Position: CRNA* Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent* Employer: Multispecialty Group* Setting: Outpatient clinic* Schedule: Clinic is open Monday to Friday, either 8AM-7PM for four weekdays or 8AM-5PM for five weekdays with a 1-hour lunch break (4 10-hour days or 5 8-hour days).* Experience: Community Health experience is preferredWhat s in the Offer:* Competitive Edge: Salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 depending on experience.* Robust Benefits: Comprehensive health and welfare benefits including medical, vision, dental, and various accounts (HSA, FSA, HRA). Your responsibilities will include providing full scope Primary Care services, possibly encompassing areas such as OB/GYN, Pediatric, Internal Medicine, mental health, and nutrition. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, midlevel providers, and support staff, to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Your role will also involve participating in phone triage calls on a rotational basis and contributing to the clinic's overall efficiency and patient satisfaction.
