Schedule Needed: Monday - Friday, 4x10s or 5x10s, 6:30am - 5pm

Call: No CallCase Mix: General, Hearts, EP, some healthy peds, and OB. Most likely will not do open hearts but should be able to do complex cases.Credentialing Timeframe: 5-6 weeksRate: $210/hour CRNA, PA license, ACLS, BLS, PALS and COVID vaccine required
