Monday-Friday, 5x8 s

No weekends, no nights, no holidays, and no call

Case Mix: General surgical cases on adults - will also perform minor nerve blocks, plexus anesthesia, regional anesthesia, local infiltration, and spinal anesthesia

Patient Age Demographic: Adults

# of OR's: 12

Average # of surgical cases per day: 65+

Support Staff: CRNA will be supervised by physician

EMR System: EPIC

Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days

CRNA, ACLS, BLS and VA license required
