Schedule: 7:30a-5p - 2 to 3 days per week

Guarantee 16 to 20 hours per week

No call / no weekends

Independent practice

Cases: Eyes (Cataracts etc), Pain

EMR: Sischarts

CRNA, ACLS, BLS, and OR license required
