CRNA needed in Tiffin, OHMonday-Friday, 8's or 10's.Call is negotiable 1 night per weekNo weekends and no holidays.Case Mix: Ortho, urology, general, OB (800 deliveries per year), gyn, pediatric dentistry, podiatry, cardiology TEE, cardioversion. GYN and general utilize Da Vinci robotSupport Staff/Supervision: CRNA only practice, 4-5 CRNA's/day, autonomous/independent setting# of OR's: Runs 3-4 OR's daily, OR, Endo, OB & cardiology. The team averages 17 cases/day.EMR System: EPICCredentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 daysRate: $195-205/hrCRNA, ACLS, BLS and OH license required
