Hours: 6:30-3. 6:30-5. 6:30-7.

Shift Guarantee: yes - 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts.

Practice Setting: OR

Trauma Level: 3

Case Mix: general including robotics, OB/gyn, ortho, plastics, endoscopy, cath lab, radiology (IR and MRI), pediatrics, vascular.

EMR System: EPIC

CRNA, WV license, ACLS, BLS, PALS
