An established private practice anesthesia group in the Youngstown, Ohio area is currently seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their dynamic team.

As a CRNA, you will play a critical role in providing anesthesia services for a wide range of cases, including thoracic, vascular, OB, pediatrics, trauma, neuro, and outpatient procedures such as ENT, orthopedics, and GI cases. This position offers flexibility in terms of shift options, including 8-hour, 10-hour, 12-hour, and 24-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, ensuring safe and effective pain management.
• Perform pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed during procedures.
• Collaborate with the anesthesia team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration and patient information.

Key Details:

• Competitive base salary. $210,000 (no call)-$250,000+ (longer shifts)
• (1099 options available).
• Full benefits package, including malpractice coverage, health, vision, dental, life insurance, licenses and dues, and retirement contribution of 6% of base salary.
• Generous vacation allowance of six to eight weeks.
• CME (Continuing Medical Education) funds are available.
• Yearly bonuses are offered.

• $50,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements:

• Candidates may be SRNAs (Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists) or experienced CRNAs.
• Valid CRNA certification and relevant license.
