As a Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing in-home care to elderly and disabled clients. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with medication reminders and administration
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Assisting with mobility and transportation needs
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' health and well-being
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
