Crossing Guard needed at:Allens Lane and Washington Street: two hours per day (1 AM hour/1 PM hour) 7:15-8:15 am and 2:30-3:30 pm five days per week M-F School year 180 days.$17.55 per hourDistrict Crossing GuardQUALIFICATIONS:Must pass Massachusetts criminal background checkReport and recommend safety related issues to the Lead Crossing GuardBilingualism is a highly desired skill for a position, but not a requirementRESPONSIBILITIES:Proficient on current methods and regulationsMonitor crosswalk and provides street crossing services for students at assigned crosswalkReport problems to the location specific Principal and Lead Crossing GuardComplies with all local laws and proceduresPerform other such duties as deemed necessary by the School DistrictPeabody is a Gateway City: a midsize urban center that anchor regional economies around the Northshore of Boston.
