OverviewThe role of the Crosswalk Attendant is to make an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with our guests and customers in a positive and friendly manner and giving them the best experience possible while providing safe and efficient service.ResponsibilitiesThe cross walk attendant requires a customer service focused individual who can work with valet to direct traffic in a busy front drive area at the main entrance to the hospital. Duties include: directing traffic, assisting mobility-challenged patients into the hospital, and ensuring safe operation by valet and patient drivers. Cross walk attendant is a primarily outdoor, all seasons position.QualificationsYears of Experience: Entry LevelLanguage Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and writtenRequirements:* Friendly and Outgoing* Able to smile during customer interactions* Possess an upbeat personality, willingness to go the extra mile, and a strong work ethic* Maintain uniform standards when on job premises* Ability to run and move quickly* Ability to organize cars efficiently* Ability to stand for long periods of time* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs* Be at least 18 years of age* Ability to create relationships with customers* Be organizedNotice: COVID-19 Vaccination RequirementWe prioritize the health and safety of our employees and customers.
