25 bed unit. Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend Certs REQ: ACLS BLS NRP and State License required. CRT also accepted. Special Requirements: Required Work Setting Experience: Adult Critical Care Emergency Department. Required Airway Management Devices/Suctioning: Endrotracheal tube/suctioning Extubation Intubation Assist Nasal airway placement Nasal airway suctioning Oral airway placement Oropharyngeal/suctioning Pulmonary Hygiene Sputum specimen collection Tracheostomy/suctioning. Required Patient Care Experience/Skills: Patients with ARDS Aspiration COVID and Pneumonia. Required Medication Administration Skills/Experience: Albuterol Atrovent Inhaled steroids Lidocaine Mucomyst Perforomist Pulmicort Racemic epinephrine Xopenex. Required Medication Delivery Systems Skills/Experience: Aerosol set up mask Aerosol set up trach. Required Nebulizer Skills/Experience: Hand held T-piece Trach collar. Required Oxygen therapy skills/experience: Bag and mask ET Tube High Flow Nasal Cannula HFNC Trach Collar. Required Ventilator Management Skills/Experience: BiPAP CPAP IMV intermittent Mandatory Ventilation Troubleshooting high pressure alarms Weaning from mechanical ventilation. Pressure/Volume Ventilator experience required. Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: ABG interpretation Basic EKG Chest Physiotherapy. Cerner experience required.
