Our Drivers help to aggregate the crude oil purchased from individual leases and then haul back to our pipeline injection points.Our drivers typically work a rotational schedule, up to 12-hour shifts with various day and night start times depending on location.Compensation Rates:* Paid per barrel at $0.2626 - $0.3099 cents (depending on experience)* Paid per mile at $0.6086 cents* Hourly rates for other activities* Night differential pay - $20 per nightBonuses:** $10,000 Sign-on bonus* $3,000 Relocations Reimbursement Bonus* $2,000 Employee Referral Bonus (all other locations)* $2,000 Tuition Reimbursement (driving school graduates)* $800 Quarterly Safety Bonus (with additional $800 at the end of the year)* Longevity Bonus* Must meet eligibility requirements for all bonusesBenefits:* Medical and Dental Plan* 401k Retirement Plan* Disability plans* Life insurance* Flexible Spending Accounts* Tuition Reimbursement (subject to approval)* Paid Vacations and HolidaysPrimary Responsibilities* Safely transport crude oil from lease locations to pipeline injection points* Accurately test crude oil quantity and quality* Maintain tractor/trailer in accordance with all D.O.T. Regulations* Represent Energy Transfer with professionalism* Provide high level of service to customers* Adhere to all company safety rules, policies, and proceduresMinimum qualifications:* 21 years of age or older* Class A CDL with tanker and Hazmat Endorsement (X) with no restrictions* Minimum of one-year verifiable truck driving oil field experienceOR* Two years over the road driving experienceOR* Graduate of an accredited truck driving schoolOther Minimum Requirements:* Clean driving record* Able to pass background check pursuant to local, state, and federal rules regarding transportation of hazardous materials* Pass Energy Transfer's D.O.T. physical, drug screen, and obtain a D.O.T. medical cardPreferred Experience:* Previous crude oil or other bulk hazardous transport and gauging experience* Handheld/computer experience
