Client- Government of the District of Columbia Job Title: Crystal Reports Writer/Design Journeyman Work Location- 401 E Street, SW Washington DC 20024 (2 DAYS A WEEK ONSITE) (Relocation) Rate:$70/hr. on C2C Visa: USC and GC only Duration: 12+ Months Interview Mode- WebcamThe Department of Forensic Sciences (FSL) seeks a highly qualified and experienced Crystal Reports Writer to analyze, build, and deploy reports for the JusticeTrax LIMS application. The Office of Information Technology supports the JTLIMS application for various divisions within DFS. The candidate shall have extensive Crystal Reports design, development, and implementation expertise. The candidate should be able to evaluate business needs and translate them into technology specifications. Proven skills in application development and ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a cross-functional and Rapid Application Development environment.Candidate must be willing to work on site 2 days a week. Qualifications & Expertise: Expert-level experience in Crystal Reports development Expert-level experience in documenting the business process and flow Experience aligning IT strategy and planning with the company's business goals. Experience delivering highly scalable architecture solution that supports mobile and web Experienced in web technologies with mobile app design experience Experience with emerging DaaS (Database as a Service) Experience with large complex data sets Communication skills, both written and spoken, business-level English mandatory Strong documentation skills
