- Achieve and Maintain Customer Service Index Scores - TO BE BONUSED UPON TIER LEVEL ACHIEVED
- Provide accurate and timely information and solutions regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers in resolving service-related issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience in all customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient problem-solving
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service or related role is preferred
