In this vital role, you are the detail person! We cannot provide our clients with the very best services without you being attentive to details and keeping our office running smoothly. And, your friendly customer service whether in person or over the phone makes our clients happy to do business with us. You are a people person who is also good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized.
You perform a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues for customers. But, really, it's not what you do, but how you do it.
