Location: Palm Bay,FL, USA
This position is a combined customer service and warehouse position. You will be wearing a wireless headset, working in a cubicle setting while answering customer calls, taking written orders and entering orders into the database. This is a temp to perm position that once you convert to the client's payroll, benefits include 401k, and accrued PTO time. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the order from the point of taking initial order, printing out order slips, packing slips, picking the order from merchandise stock, and packing/ shipping the order for UPS and FedEx. Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM Skills: Detail oriented Great time management Decision making skills Team player but can work independently Dependable and reliable Education: No Degree Required Experience: 1-4 years Qualifications: Strong computer skills Worker must be able to prioritize, have great verbal and written communication skills, and customer service oriented. Previous warehouse or retail experience such as S/R, picking, packing, and inventory management is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
