Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a EDI / Shipments Processing (Wholesale Apparel) position at TCEC with the possibility of moving Full-Time. The role involves daily tasks related to customer service, support, processing shipments, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Customer Experience expertise
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experience in the apparel industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent required
